Vagina Smell?

So... my vagina smells really bad. I wash it every day with unscented soap. but it still smells horrid. i drink lots of water, eat healthy, I'm active, and I dont want to douch (how does one spell it?) because it's not good for you. What do I do?

Go to the doctor. Sounds like vaginosis. They will test you and treat you. If it smells that bad the pH is probably a little off. Soaking in vinegar may help to but a trip to the doctor is best.

just go to the Dr they have a quick swab test and can get you started on an antibiotic that day just in case. its probably just a bacterial infection that can happen if ph is thrown off sometimes.

Umm no douchein.. it pushes the infection or whatever further up in your vagina and can cause severe damage. That's what my obgyn told me.

Only wash the outside of your lips with unscented soap. Do not allow water or soap inside as that can throw off your pH and cause infection. Your natural discharge is enough to clean the inside. If you ever have a foul odor regardless of doing this you likely have an infection. Another sign of infection is if your discharge changes in a way that isn't normal for you like if it starts to smell foul. Whenever you think you have an infection, make an appointment for the gynecologist so they can diagnose you and give you the right treatment

go buy your self a combination douche from Walgreen's its about 6 dollars, and make your own douche. use distilled water and baking soda use 2 tablespoons for every 4 cups of water. mix it in the water until dissolved put in douche and use in the shower. you can do this 2 to 3 times a week and use unscented bar soap to wash down there. I had a smell problem I did not like the way it smelled and doing this took the smell I did not like away in a week and it helps balance out your pH levels too!! I hope this helps
