I NEED URGENT FEED BACK PLZ

So I have sickle cell disease n had to rush to the emergency room, I told them I did a pregnancy test Saturday morning n got a faint line positive, so they made me do 2 more tests n the lines looked brighter a bit. But the doctor say it a negative. So that's 3 faint line positive.

One on the left was done Saturday

The right is one of the 2 done today

Should I listen to the doctor n say its a negative r should I get an ultrasound done before taking the doctors word??
