How often do you weigh yourself?

For me, it's more sporadic. Sometimes I'll weigh myself several days in a row, sometimes I'll go months without weighing myself. It's never more than several months because I always get weighed during my doctor's appointments every year.

at one point in my life i would weigh myself three times a day. now i can't even have a scale in my house.

I don't have a scale. So monthly at my dr appointments.

I haven't been doing it long and some days I forget to weight myself so I delete those dates but here it is. 
I keep notes too as to what's happening.

I do I t every day because I want to understand how my birth control effects my weight through the cycle. But I also have a spreadsheet where I track the weight the scale says and then the average for the month so far. And on the last day of each month I average every entry I have so far and notate that.
