Have I felt the baby move?

I am 15 weeks and 1 day. Since around week 11 or 12 I have had occasional flutters that happen on the left and right side of my abdomen that feel kind of like muscle spasms. I wasn't sure this was the baby but now I'm thinking that it might be. What do you all think?
