How have you introduced your baby to peanut butter?

We purchased 100% peanut PB but I'm not sure how to give it to her? Just a little off of a spoon? I feel like the consistency is a little much lol 
(Our doctor specifically told us to give her PB so please be kind and move along if you don't agree)

Just an update- I mixed 100% peanut peanut butter (lol) with bananas (which normally Olive hates) and some warm water and she went crazy! Loved it!! Thanks to all of you for pitching in!!

Our pediatrician said to add some to a food she already eats.

It's now advised to go ahead and try nut-butters....it actually helps them not develop an allergy to it. ....so I was curiouswho is actually doing this!? it's a choking hazard on its own, so purée it with breastmilk or water or formula.... i would spread a little on finger food sized fruits, or purée it in with banana or any other fruit.

On a spoon is a choking hazard. Most people spread it on some toast or in different recipes.

my pediatrician recommended us get puff with a layer of peanut butter called Bamba. I don't know where you life but in California you can find them on a supermarket called Safeway. I saw Amazon sell them too. My baby is a huge fan of them

I mix it into his cereal then it's still a smoother texture. He's not a fan of the natural peanut butter though 😩 I'll wait a bit and try it again on toast when I feel he's ready for that.
