Anybody have the Nintendo Switch? Is it worth it?

My SO and I are gamers. We have an Xbox one, PS4, PS3, and are now looking into getting the switch within the next couple months. I know there's not many games out yet but wondering if it's fun?

My husband loves it. He says Zelda is is one of the best games he's ever played. He bought his brothers off him so he didn't overpay.  Not sure if they are still impossible to get from the store.

I love the Switch and my SO does too. When I first started talking about it he didn't want to get it but we did and he absolutely loves it. We take with on trips out of state (his friend got married and my parents moved to TN) and it travels great. The lack of games is getting fixed soon but Zelda was the best game I've ever purchased and Mario Kart Deluxe is awesome. Can't wait for new games but happy with what I already have.

My SO loves his. He talks about how few games there are but he manages to play it for hours every night. I'm not a video game person but I appreciate how portable it is. We travel 3 hours to see friends and family and he can put the Switch in a backpack with his overnight stuff and it takes less than 5 minutes to unhook it or hook it back up. I will say he had an issue with the controllers but it's something Nintendo is aware of and they pay for the shipping to send it to them to get fixed, he had it back in less than a week and no problems after that.

The system overall is super cool but like you said, the lack of games is definitely a negative. Along with the price tag. I say if you have the extra money and enjoy collecting consoles like my husband does than go for it.
