How do you use a public restroom with a newborn?

I'm a first time mom, about to have my baby soon. I was just wondering what you do when you're out and about alone with baby and you need to use the restroom. My boyfriend said you can just put baby on the changing table but I've always heard you're suppose to leave at least one hand on baby at all times when they're on a changing table. I mean, you can't just put the baby on the floor.

Just bring your stroller/carrier into the handicap stall with you. And if you have to use a stall, then you've gotta hold baby and poop 😂

I drove across the country by myself when my son was an infant. Making stops at gas stations are so rough. I figured out to hold my baby in my arms while I went potty, and took care of wiping and getting my pants back up with one hand. I got really good at getting undressed while holding him. I literally had no other choice and I didn't want to bring his carseat into the bathroom.

wear baby everywhere, don't take them off when you use the bathroom.

I always used the handicapped bathroom when my son was in an infant carrier or stroller. The regular stalls are way to small for a carrier, I tried it once😂.

I always had her in the stroller, so i never had an issue. just used the large stall so we both fit

Handicap room or family restroom. Is always a go to with babies & kids.

Use the family restroom. Most stores have them.  That way they can sit in the stroller and you don't have to worry about occupying a handicap stall because those stalls are not meant for strollers/carriers.
