Products made for cleaning down there?

Question

What are good products that are made to clean your vag that won't give me an infection or anything? 
At the moment. I just use water because I don't wanna risk using normal shower gel, but I would feel much better and cleaner with a product to clean it properly. Any recommendations?
*edit - I mean to clean the labia area not literally up my vagina

Warm water and a cloth is all you need.

You really shouldn't use those products at all, generally. Especially douching products, cuz it messes with the vaginas oh level, which then puts you at risk for infections or gives you an infection from the product.. never put anything in your vagina to try to clean it.. the vagina is self cleaning, so you only need to wash the outside. I use Shea moisture (right now)or any natural body wash with a loofah for my entire body

You can use summers eve stuff, but it's not guaranteed to keep you infection-free. Some people are too sensitive down there to use em and some are fine with it. Really just depends
