How many medicated IUI's before pregnancy or other options?

I just got a negative pregnancy test after my first round of femara and IUI. Trying not to feel disappointed. How many rounds have people gone through before getting pregnant or moving onto other options?

I'm currently in the TWW of my 5th. Thought it was out 4th but I guess I lost track. I had a chemical on my third. At least I know everything got where it needed to go?

Unfortunately it varies from case to case. We went through 4 before deciding to save our money for IVF. We are overcoming MFI... low morphology and real low motility. Usually if IUI is going to be successful it will happen within the first 3-4 IUIs. Don't lose hope yet! Good luck!
