Finally got An answer from doctor.
I finally got into my original doctor instead of getting the run around from the ER and a nurse. And he explained that what I thought was a kidney stone is actually not. I don't remember the medical term he used but he said that my twins and my liver are pushing and closing my uretha tube to my right kidney and causing back up and pain. He said it's common in petite woman like me because I'm small and there's not much room. He's having me come back in a week to check up on things. And if it gets too bad then I will end up with a stint which he said he doesn't want to jump on doing it right now because it's painful to have. But if it gets too bad my kidney will back up and shut down. I've been taking tylenol to sooth the pain. Anyone else have this problem and come out fine?
