Who have you told?

I'm curious to know who in real life you've told that you're ttc? Are you open about it or have you kept it entirely secret? I know that it used to be pretty usual that the first you knew about someone ttc was when they announced their pregnancy after a 12 week scan, but now people seem to share the news a lot sooner and some are pretty open about trying even before getting a positive. I'm curious what others here are doing.
