Midwife or doctor?

I recently found out that I am pregnant and now I am  searching for a ob-gyn to start my prenatal care under. What do you suggest I should prefer? A midwife or a doctor?

The practice I use actually has both midwives and obgyns in their practice. I will get to know all of them throughout my pregnancy. And they all deliver at the hospital. I feel like it's the best of both worlds :)

I am 6 weeks today and i am trying to decide myself. Definitely delivering in a hospital just in case but would be fine with a midwife (cheaper i hear) not that cost would change my birth at all but i tend to think big offices dont understand how important the questions are for us. I want a more personal experience and someone to actually be there. Let me know what u decide

I started my last pregnancy at my OBGYN but planned on switching to a midwife/birth center. We actually went to the orientation there the night before my 2nd drs apt, where we found out we lost the baby. All the Drs and staff at my OB were so amazing that I'm thinking of staying with them this time around.  I'm very interested in minimal interventions and an unmedicated birth though, so I'm leaving all my options open at this point.

I don't have the option of a midwife in Wyoming :-(
