Super nervous!
So on Friday I woke up to a lot of blood, most of it was brown but there was a little bit of pink/bright red. I thought nothing of it because normally I spot after sex, but it continued on to while I was at work.. So I ended up going to the ER to see what exactly was going on.
The doctor I had was AMAZING, if he could have been my actual family Dr I would have been the happiest lady on the earth. But anyways.. He uh investigates and tells me that my cervix is closed, but very very bruised (think a five star type bruise... Apparently there were 12 spots total so I will leave that to your imaginations 😂) anyways that's where he says the bleeding is coming from so not to worry but to also come back if something changes - knife stabbing pain in one side but not both.
He is also checkin my hcg levels I go back tomorrow for one round of blood work and then I go back to ER to see him on Friday (Dr said that he's call of something was super off). I also have my first prenatal appointment tomorrow! So obviously I'm going to have to bring this all up to her tomorrow.
My only issue is I still have all this brown/old blood coming out.
I'm trying to keep positive but it's still pretty scary, I would just love to have an ultrasound to see my little monkey or monkeys!
Sorry for the super long rant, I figured that someone would understand what I'm feeling or at least have been in the same situation!
The dr also said not worry because he hardly ever sees any complications with women my age.. (22 and 8.2 weeks pregnant:D)
