Ladies I need some insight ;

I've taken 4 pregnancy tests in the last week, all the same brand; all from the same box. The first two I took were negative, and are still negative. The third I took has a very faint line that is also still there. I just took the fourth and it's negative. I'm completely at loss for words on whether or not I am really pregnant or not and I can't get in for blood work until later this week.
