Best stain remover?

Question

Everyone, what do you use to get rid of every day stains.
My husband is a little on the clumsy side and always has a new stain for me to wash out and it seems the washer isn't cutting it. 
I've even tried soaking in water and detergent separately, and no budge.
When I ask "what kind of stain is this?"
His response "idk what does it matter"

I try to scrub with dish soap and cold water before washing. It seems to help with grease and sauce stains (blood stains too btw). If it's set in I'll scrub and soak, and if that doesn't work I'll try soaking in oxyclean. Just be sure you get the water to oxyclean ratio right (its on the container) if it's colored, or you might have some fading if you let it soak.
Others swear on tide to go but I haven't had much success with it. Might be user error though 🤷🏼‍♀️

I swear I go through 1/2 a bottle of shout everytime I do a load of my sons laundry lol
But it always gets the stains out really well even if they've been dried on and stuff

Felsnaptha Laundry bar. 
Miracle stain remover! Its basically a bar of soap you can buy at walmart, you wet the stained area, scrub it with the bar, and throw the clothing in the washer, stain will be gone! I use it on my fiancées nasty grease stained jeans all the time. And my bright white show pads since i get black boot polish all over them. Shit comes out good as new lol

Dreft Stain Remover! Yes, its technically for baby clothes but it is a MIRACLE WORKER! It even got oil stains out of my husbands military uniform! And it's pretty inexpensive. 🙌🏼
