Definitely doesn't make you racist at all. I don't have any shame in saying I don't find lots of races attractive but it definitely doesn't make me racist. 
The same as I can say I don't find pensioners attractive it doesn't make me ageist. 
I don't find skinny men attractive it doesn't make me weightist.

I feel like shutting yourself out to any possible romantic relationship because of a person's race is racist.

Acknowledging that you have not yet been attracted to a people of a certain race is not; but it also should not determine how you treat relationships in the future.

If you aren't open to ever having a relationship with someone just because of their race, that's racist.

Generalizing a whole group of people is racist. No one has met everyone on earth, so you don't really have the right to judge people based on race; romantically or not.

Definitely not! You can't always choose what your heart loves, and being racist isn't not being attracted to one ethnicity. Ex: "I don't really like Hispanic guys." That is not racist, it is a fact. If you don't like Hispanic guys or white guys or black guys or Japanese guys, that's not racist. It IS racist if you add insults onto it. Ex: "I don't like black guys because they are disgusting." besides, everyone has a right to like or dislike whatever they please.
