When applying mascara do you have your mouth open or closed?

I keep mine closed but have heard most people keep it open and that an open mouth relaxes eye muscles making ot easier to apply mascara... Just curious!!❤️

I think it's also just a muscle reflex. When the head is tilted back, the jaw muscles just tend to relax/open. That's why they do it in CPR/mouth-to-mouth.
