8 and half old baby!

So my baby is going to be 9months on the 27th. How much formula should she drink? And after how many hours. She doesn't like eating baby cereals and doesn't like taking a bottle. Just so stuck on what to do? If she does eat baby food I feel like I need to give her some cereal or something she doesn't even eat that. I give her other foods like chicken, pasta, bread etc and doesn't eat them too. Is it because of teething?
