Is it illegal for a man to say he'll use a condom and trick you into thinking he did when he purposefully didn't? It's certainly not right but I don't know if it's illegal or not.
Update: I didn't notice he had lied because I was asleep for most of it. He had always worn one before so I trusted him to do it this time too but I guess I shouldn't have.
