Spin class

So I usually bike at the gym but on the machine ones not the legit bikes. But I decided to take a spin class cause, you know, it's being hyped A LOT lately. So 5 minutes in I felt... the burn. Not only were my arches of my feet in pain but MY CROTCH WAS ON FIRE. I kept adjusting my butt but honestly I had to just suck it up. I figure there is no way around it. But do any of you ladies have tips or tricks on not making the seat pad hurt so much on your lady are? I loved the class so I don't want to quit it if there's a way to make it less irritating.
