Help! Ovulation timing wrong

So today is day 21 of my cycle. Supposed to go in for progesterone test, but my OPK (clear blue advanced) has been blinking smiley for 3 days. Is it possible I can ovulate this late? Cycles have been all over the place since I quit birth control. Thanks in advance for helping me. My doctor seems so nonchalant about everything and not very helpful.
