Landlord problems

I've cleaned the hell out of my dishwasher in our new rental. Bleached. Vinegar. Multiple times and it's so old and has so much mold and nooks and crannies that I cant get to that are full of mold also.

I told my landlord I've done all I can to clean it and I've just been hand washing my dishes because this is a damn health hazard! That was a month ago. I've had to also have someone come fix my outlets because he hasn't done anything for that either.

I'm curious as to how the hell do I go about this? We're paying a shit ton in rent as it is I can't offord to buy a new dishwasher and I swear my house is gonna go to hell when I have this baby if I'm still hand washing everything.
