Celexa and Tylenol?
(Not pregnant) I take 20mg celexa (citalopram) which is the normal dosage some people take 40mg. I have a fever and was reading online Tylenol combined with celexa can increase serotonin levels which can be dangerous. But I read where other people take it and are fine. Is this true should I be worried? I only take 500mg Tylenol anyway bc I'm so little.
