Nauseous during work outs?
So I was lifting regularly before finding out I was pregnant and have attempted to keep it up at a lesser degree since finding out nearly two weeks ago.
However - especially in this last week - I've been becoming nauseous part way through the workout. I don't get it...especially as this is the only time I ever feel sick. Anyone else? 😬 (I'm nearly 6 weeks)
