Pa medical assistance

Help a stressing mama out please! 😥😥

Husband and I currently have medical assistance through the state. (Unforeseen events..)

We haven't gotten our full plan yet but have been told to just present access card at the hospital. Will it cover everything..? I haven't gotten a clear answer from case worker about anything this entire process ..

I also have capital blue cross insurance as a back up but if state covers it fully should I get rid of other..? Or keep?
