Prenatal massage?

Okay this is a REALLY dumb question, but do you need to be a certain number of weeks to get a prenatal massage? I used to get monthly massages, but I haven't since I found out I'm pregnant. I'm only 13 weeks, but can I get a prenatal massage or do I get a regular massage? I don't want to do the wrong thing lol

In my first and second trimester I did pregnancy massages 1x each week, reflexology 1x each week, craniosacral therapy 2x each week and bowen technique 1x each week.
I suggest trying each of these! They offer different benefits and all are fantastic during pregnancy!

If you do, you need to make sure you tell your masseuse  you are pregnant because there are certain techniques and areas to be avoided.

I've gone every week since I got into the 2nd trimester. I've had bad reflux and my neck is always sore from sleeping on so many pillows. I have found it helps me.

I had one. Had to be out of the first trimester to get it. Honestly, I thought it was a waste. I get frequent massages too, and the prenatal massage was just sort of boring and didn't rub out any knots I had (which they aren't really supposed to do when you're pregnant).
