Nasal Decongestant spray safe?

I'm suffering from a major sinus issue. I went to redi med today and they didn't give me anything. I can't sleep. I tried using saline spray but it has no affect. Are there any other decongestants to use short term?

Decongestant nasal sprays are safe as they are topical. I get vertigo from severe allergies and have to use this on a regular basis ontop of hay fever meds and a steroid based nasal spray  to keep vertigo at bay! The chiropractor has helped my allergies immensely, but I still use them a bit! Obviously don't use for more than 3 days at a time or you get the rebound effect, but follow instructions and all good. Just no cold and flu tablets, and be careful of which hay fever medications you use :)
