Someone in my family just could NOT get pregnant for a long time and they wanted a child. They kept trying and they had a miracle. You should keep trying also. 3 years isn't enough, you can go for many more!

That's how I feel ttc for almost 2 years. Starting Clomid in 2 weeks ( 'cause I just suppose I will get my period ). But you have to keep on going. It is hard, it sucks that nothing is happening but as long as in the end there is that little something, that's all that matters. Good luck to you and hope to hear some good news soon 😊

Don't give up Hun, it can be a very hard and long road, we've been ttc for over 6 years and although I've felt like giving up we would never forgive ourselfs if we didn't try anything and everything. I hope you get your little miracle soon 🤞 x

Do you know the reason for his low numbers?  Hubby had a varicocele, which can possibly be fixed with surgery.  But he did quit smoking, quit caffeine, switched to boxers and ate much healthier.  He took CoQ10 and a multivitamin.   And his numbers improved some.  We ended up doing IVF because I also have PCOS.  Don't give up, and I would see if you can find a urologist who specializes in Infertility.  That's what we did with hubby, and it was very helpful.

We've been trying for years. He has low sperm and mobility. We took a break for over a year to emotionally recharge, enjoy one another again and focus on us dealing with the realities of infertility. It's not as easy as it seems. 
The beginning of this year we started trying again. This time we're eating healthier and he's taking zinc and fertilityblend pills for men and I'm taking fertilityblend for women. 
We looked into iui which is significantly more affordable than ivf also, they've not found issues with me...yet. I've mc multiple times for seemingly no reason. 
It is important to focus on yourself, your partner, and y'all as a couple.
