weight loss
okay i KNOW i shouldn't be doing something this unhealthy but i need to lost at least 15-20 pounds this month (july-upcoming august) and maybe even after august. i need to lose weight so fast because schools coming and i want to lose weight because i'm slowly losing wait and i want to lose faster since we don't have the money to continue buying me clothes for school so i want to lose 15-20 pounds before school starts so i can continue using those clothes for a while till i lose more weight. is there any way i can quickly lose weight. i already do lose weight pretty quickly i can lose about 2-4 pounds a week naturally but how can i increase my weight loss? is there any diet recommendations that could help me??
