Too early to test?

Question

Been having what might be implantation crampsfor the  last 3 days on lower right. Had sex the 20th ovulation tests positive 21st and 22nd and period due on the 4th ( normaly. 28 days) took one this morning and negative with a early response. Should it be showing by now?

I didn't get a positive until the day my period was suppose to start and it was so faint I thought my mind was playing tricks on me. The next day it was more visible. I would until you miss your period before testing again

I usually won't get a positive till girly time. I try to wait, but usually I start at 10 dpo lol good luck
