Missed twin?

This is my 6 week scan. You can clearly see the yolk sack and fetal pole. My husband is convinced that since the ultrasound tech didn't move the wand at all the she missed a twin! Im not so sure. Lol. They would have to be identical bc we did ivf and they only put in one embryo. I see what he's talking about I just dont know what it is. What he is talking about is directly below the fetus.

I doubt it's twins... they don't need to wiggle the ultrasound stick around a lot when you're early in pregnancy... your uterus is still tiny. Most ultrasounds techs have done this thousands of times and are very skilled at identifying exactly what's going on.

Thank you for your reply. I think my hubby just wants twins so bad that he is seeing what he wants to. Lol. Twins would be awesome but I already have a 3 year old. That would be a handful. Lol. Now Im just curious as to what that is. Any ideas?

My husband worked with a guy that they didn't know they were having twins until like 30 weeks. Baby always hid behind the other
