Reassure me

We were told most likely girl at 20 weeks but this is the only photo we got because baby wouldn't cooperate well. We felt pretty confident about it but my sister just had a boy yesterday after seeing "girl" on all her ultrasounds. I googled to see how such a mistake could be made and found quite a few pictures that has the classic "three lines" but ended up a boy. Some even surprises on day of birth like my sister. I just want more eyeballs looking at this.
