Took our son to his 9 month wellness check up and everything went well.. the only thing that's been bothering me is when his doctor was checking him all over she said his foreskin is pretty tight(we decided not to have him circumcised). It's making me paranoid. Even though I've read and did all my research before we decided to not have him circumcised. Everything I've ever read says it's generally pretty normal for boys under 6 to have tight foreskin. He's only 9 months so I wasn't under the impression that it was suppose to loosen up anytime soon? I'm also wondering if his doctor is just being this way because he's not circumcised, she's made comments about us not having it done before. She even said to us if it continues to be tight you may need to have him circumcised??? Like no? If there no issues and he's peeing fine and not having uti's I'm not sure why she's even bringing it up. This is not a circumcision debate I have nothing against parents who choose to have it done. I just feel like his doctor is worrying me constantly about him not being circumcised when there isn't anything to worry about.
