What are some good gifts for a 1 year old?

My babies first birthday is coming up and I'm not sure on what to get her. She has too many toys but I want to get her something she can learn with. Does anybody have any ideas??

Books, those toys that talk, the thing where they put the block shapes through the matching hole (square block in the square hole, circle in the circle hole, etc), I got my daughter some stuff for the beach for her first birthday, the baby will be 1 soon and I'm getting her new pjs, a new teddy bear, and a bedtime story book. (Maybe a new sippy cup and eating utensils and stuff too.
