I heard taking mucinex during fertile week really helps! It thins CM helping sperm travel easier ;) this is my first cycle trying the mucinex hope it works

These are things I did before and when I was trying, maybe they can help you also:) I got pregnant the first month of trying.
​I started to take prenatal pills two months before I started to "really" try, to prepare my body. Also after having sex my husband would put my legs up (sperm can slide easier in vaginal) for about 2 minutes:) I actually had sex every other day, better chance. Also don't try too hard have fun with your partner:) don't make sex a job. I would buy a pack of ovulation tests (that comes with 4) to see when I would be ovulating.  That's where having sex every other day comes in, because let's say you don't know your ovulation day yet, having sex every other day gives your a greater chance, because sperm can live on you for up to 6-7 days.:)  just remember to have fun and don't try too hard:)!! This worked on me, every women is different but you can also try too:) GOOD LUCK!

Take vitamins that will prepare your body for pregnancy! Preseed is also a good idea! Good luck!

I've been reading up on a few things on line and found that women who lay down for 15-20 minutes after sex are 50% more likely to get pregnant quicker than women who get up straight away - whether that's 100% true I don't know. Has anyone tried it?

There is really no "quick way" unfourtinatly. :( But there are ways to help keep better track of ovulation, so in return it should help with your TTC process! Like checking your bbt every morning, checking your CM, and using OPKs. Best of luck in your journey!!

I think if we knew the answer to this question we'd all be over on the success stories board lol. I've been trying for a yr. I've tried everything and it's still not happening. I think there's no sure fire way to get pregnant quicker.
