Endometriosis or pcos
Does anyone have endometriosis and/or pcos? What are you or your doctor doing to help you? Do you find anything helps?
I've been told I have both but thanks to some blood clots I had a few years ago (caused by the pill) I can't take anything with hormones to help alleviate my symptoms. This is a little frustrating, as I just want relief.
How do you deal with it?
