I tried the garcincia pills. I felt like it was too much to remember to take me 3 times a day. I felt like it didn't make that much of a difference. Maybe gave me a little more energy but that's it. So I stopped because I felt like I wasn't doing anything different from when I wasn't taking the pills. Hope that helps.

I took them....nothing really happened. Although I didn't exercise or totally diet....lol 😒

Days or so. They gave me more energy and I felt slimmer. I stopped because I wanted to conceive. Will try it again after baby is born.

My mother took them and she lost about 30 lbs. I'm skeptical, however, because I feel like they had a placebo effect more than anything. It appeared effective because she was dieting (actually sometimes skipping meals) and excercising. As a matter of fact, when she started eating regularly and stopped going to the gym, she gained it all back very quickly.
