Implantation pains?

Hi everyone. I just want to know if anyone can describe to me what implantation pains feel like? I'm 9dpo, three days ago I had one very sharp pain in my ovary/uterus area that went away with in two seconds. Day before yesterday I had cramps like I was getting my period, still continuing until today but kind of lessened. Today I got another sharp pain that lasted a second. I've also been seeing a change in CM. I just want to know if this could be implantation or not. Of course I'm thinking the worst, but hoping for the best.
