Clomid for Men????

Ashley • TTC baby #3.... Hubby had vascetomy reversal done in August 2014. We have two boys (8&9). Hoping for our baby girl!
At our Dr appointment yesterday we were told that my husband has a zero sperm count. For what ever reason his testicles have decided to stop production( they were producing 6 months prior at last apt), our dr has decided to put him on clomid. Anyone have a similar story, advice or anything?????
