Brown discharge 3 days before my period

So I was at work when I felt a small gush.... you all know that awful feeling. I ran to the bathroom and had a small amount of brownish discharge. I usually don't get the brown color until the end of my menstrual cycle. I have been Ttc for 5 months now with no success but a lot of BFNs. I am due for my period tomorrow and feel like it's coming unfortunately but I hope it's my mind playing tricks of me....

Anyways.... the brown stuff? Anyone else normally get that?
