fake ultrasound picture ??

My brothers wife who are separated gave him this . I don't know why she would it seems like it's empty sac to me does anyone know what this means ? Is it a fake ? Is it real

Well looking at it, it has to be fake. There is no official date, 22/00/05? And her name isn't on the ultrasound.

It definitely looks like she printed it out herself. No name of the place where she got the ultrasound, her name isn't on it, the date is extremely old, looks fake to me. My first ultrasound was at 5 weeks 2 days and I had a little circle in me, no yolk but it looked very authentic, had the hospital's name, my name, current date and time, fetus length, HCG levels, all that. This definitely looks like it was taken off the internet.

I wouldn't say it's fake. My doc has a separate  room where you get ultrasounds with a nice machine and with an ultrasound tech and then she has a small old one on a cart she brings into the room where she does them herself. Usually for bring able to quickly take a look if there's a concern. It prints on a flimsier paper and it is a lot foggier. Since she does it with the dinosaur machine, she doesn't bother putting in info and the clinic name doesn't show up. It could be why the date is wonky too although mine is accurate. Here's mine. They don't all look like the ones that print off the pro machines. And judging by the way the ink is rubbing off where it has been crinkled, it wasn't printed on regular computer paper. I'm not saying it's hers, but I don't think it can be ruled out as fake.

My OB has an older machine he would use and he never input my name. And they don't always correct the date. I'm not saying it's not fake, I'm just saying some truth from my experience.

That's what inbetween 4 and 5 weeks looks like 
Between 5 and 6 weeks you get a yolk and fetal pole and at 6 weeks hb can be seen ? Doesn't mean she is or isn't preg

Well it's definitely not recent so he's free and clear. The date looks funky like is goes days/year/month. So maybe it's from May 22, 2000? But the sac also looks empty. I hope you can figure out what's going on. good luck!
