I play bass trombone. During marching season I would get a  chapped chin from all the spit dripping down. I never bruised that bad though. Are you using too much pressure? Be careful that you don't force the mouthpiece into your face. We low brass players need to be relaxed! Give your embouchure room to vibrate and be flexible. 😄

Vitamin E oil might help to take some of the color out. Wash your face with whatever face wash you use and then apply a tiny bit. It's great for skin all around.

I played clarinet, but id imagine you could treat it like a hickey. Ya know, blood vessels brought to the surface. Try a spoon that was in the freezer.?

I played trumpet and I wouldn't get this but I am assuming  you play tuba or baritone and I'm not sure how that happens but I think it kind of looks like a hickey and could be from spit build up in your mouth piece

Use vitamin k cream from gnc to clear bruising. Works amazing
