I've been thinking about getting some help now, but don't know where to start, my OBGYN seems chilled when I mentioned about my worry of TTC and not finding luck. She told us that we're still young and can keep trying for whole year, eventually it will happen. Now that it has been 6 months, I've turned 35 and he turned 37 this year, I don't want to wait longer. What would be next step, if we want to try other options. Where should we start? Who to consult with Primary Physician or OBGYN? Do we find a fertility specialist on our own? Please suggest, I've only 1 week left to find out whether we conceived this month or not, after this week..planning on taking next option.

Btw, we are all in for twins as none of our families have twins. It would be 2x the blessings!!!!
