Implantation or Period

Been ttc and have Gyno appointment first week of August so that's why I haven't bought a test yet, no reason to waste money. Periods been off but this is from today's tampon. Couple days ago I was super horny and my boobs have been hurting a bit but I assume it was my hormones fully back to normal. No cramps!
