Husband Came Up on PCS Orders for Germany

This really caught us both off guard, considering he's been flagged for AFPT failure for some time now... we were half expecting they might discharge him for it relatively soon, but he came home a couple days ago, and told me he came up on orders for Germany, as AFPT failure is apparently a transferable flag... He is supposed to report in Germany in January. I guess I can go too, but I'm not sure how to feel about it, and haven't said a word to family yet, but it's actually coming up pretty fast! His next PT test is in September, and they warned him that they'd discharge him if he fails, but they've said that before too, and nothing's come of it, so I'll probably keep this to myself till after the next PT test when, hopefully, we'll have a better idea of what's going on...
