Would love to adopt! It just makes the most sense to me and feels like the best option- won't go into that as it is very controversial but I am looking for sure. Now only to convince my boyfriend of three years that we don't need to 'continue the lineage' in order to be a happy family!

We plan to adopt.  We want a large family and hope to have 4+ biological and would like to adopt 1+ children as well. :)

I've always thought about adoption but my husband is worried he "won't be able to love the baby like he or she is mine." I feel like it's a great option. There are so many children out there who are starving for love! I've heard the process is long and complicated but I'm sure it's worth it in the end :)

I told my husband if we aren't pregnant by the end of the year we should look into adoption. I'm still holding out hope that I will have a baby on my own. Good luck!!

Me and hubby are wanting to adopt a baby!

My husband and I would love too.  
​We  have had two failed private adoption matches in the past which were both very heartbreaking  for us, but I think things worked out for the best for the children and mothers.
​We were working with an agency in 2011 and very close to a possible placement when we had the bad combination of my husband getting cancer and then losing his job. We had to move out of state and were waiting to get back on our feet before continuing.
​
​I have a mild case of baby fever since we've had five born in our extended family this year, but we are open to ages from birth to about 5. Our only child is 8,  so I think we have experience to be good parents for those ages.
​Right now we are sort if half-heartedly ttc, but we hope to restart with our agency in late August.

I have a 10 year old son I adopted from Cambodia as a baby.  I am now TTC again, I  had a stillbirth and 2 miscarriages before I adopted my son.  I have only just started TTC again this year after more than 10 years since my last pregnancy.  Happy to answer questions or give advice to others.

Yes! We plan to adopt a child of 2-5 next year if no pregnancy. We will also continue to TTC through that time.

My husband and I decided today to try adoption along with TTC.  I'm excited and nervous at the same time.  It's so expensive, but I want to be a mommy so badly!
