Very confused, am I pregnant?

I'm very paranoid. So AF is supposed to come today but I'm not sure if she will. I'm almost convinced in my mind that I'm pregnant. So last week I was very moody like crying over something that wasn't a big deal and then I'd be fine this kinda stopped early this week. The past three days now I've had weird cramping it started with just some cramping like af cramps but they'd be off and on and then yesterday I was at my friends house playing with her kids and when I'd lift them up or above my head I got a bigger cramp feeling throughout my entire stomach and it would stay there for a few minutes. I've also been a little nauseous the past week or so. I don't know if I'm actually pregnant or if I'm just really over thinking this. I don't want to take a test too early and also I'm a little scared to take one and be disappointed.

What do you think am I overthinking it or does it sound like I might be pregnant?
