OUTFIT HELP LADIES

Okay kids,

I am going to a coworker's (actually one of my bosses) house today to celebrate her son's fourth birthday. We are all teachers so normally we dress modestly. Yesterday she mentioned she doesn't want me to come in teacher mode. I don't know what to wear! It's like 100 degrees here and most likely we will be outside at least part of the time. Thanks for the input!
