Any good hair dye recommendations?

So I wanted to bleach my hair so that I could turn it blue on the ends. I used this bleach and it turned it slightly orange and I had it on for about an hour and 15 mins.

This is what it looks like, the colour is beautiful but I decided I still want to go ahead with the blue and this colour is too dark for it so does anyone have any thoughts as to what I should do? Should I bleach it again? Do you have any good recommendations? Also I live in the U.K. And they don't have any of that developer stuff at the salons.
