If you've seen my posts, you know I was PETRIFIED to tell my parents. I expected the worst outcome from it.

But I told them. And honestly, they're so excited. My mom was already looking up what she wanted to be called and she wanted to buy the baby something (even though I'm only 7w-6d). My dad...was SMILING. I didn't tell him in person but I saw his texts to my mom. And he's happy for me. Everyone I've told is HAPPY😭

The only people left to tell is the boyfriend's family. And then at 10 weeks we're announcing publicly to everyone.

My mom even asked if I had been to the doctor yet (which no I haven't but I'll go before 10 weeks probably).

So I don't think my dad is going to kick me off insurance. Of course I'll be seeing him tomorrow so idk what he'll have to say. But he said a few nights ago that he wanted to be called Papaw.

No this is not how I wanted to tell my parents. But I got nothing but support from them when I did tell them. I think my mom wants it to be a girl (she kept showing me baby girl's clothes).

If MY parents are excited, I just know my boyfriend's parents will be.

*UPDATE* I still haven't got my prescribed Diclegis. I'm gonna fight someone 😭
